We would like to thank our customers for their patience during the email upgrade. All email has been moved to the new server and the upgrade is now complete. If you have not seen your messages prior to 10/28 download to your inbox, then they reside in a folder named ServerMove which is accessible via webmail at http://webmail01.mycorphosting.com. If you would like the messages from 10/27 to be downloaded by your email program you will need to move them from this folder and into the inbox inside of webmail. If you are unable to locate these messages and need assistance please contact support via email@example.com or via telephone at 973.500.6457 for assistance.
We also ask that you take a moment and review our Support Knowledgebase which will provide assistance with the new email system. There are helpful documentation downloads that will provide details on some common tasks.
