We have been experiencing intermittent webmail and pop/ imap connections for some users over the past couple of hours. We are beginning to see things normalize over the last 15 minutes. We will update this post within the next 45 minutes. We apologize for the issues and will update things shortly.

We continue to experience login issues for some email users. Our engineers have been able to correct some user mailboxes since we posted this outage, however, the issue has not been fully resolved.

Our engineers have resolved login issues for some customers, however, there are still others who continue to experience these issues. COVID-19 :: We are here to help!

We want to assure our customers that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. The staff of My Corporate Hosting Solutions is available to assist you with your service issues. You can reach us via web (portal.mycorphosting.com), phone (973.500.6457), and email (support@mycorphosting.com). Many of our customers will be requiring their employees to work remotely. Our email services are accessible for those working remotely. Should you need assistance please reach out to us.

In addition, Microsoft Teams is available for our Office 365 email customers who also have web apps or the office suite with us. This will allow your employees to communicate via Skype, Chat, and use other collaboration tools. If you do not currently have this available with your service please call us and we can provide this to you along with one month free with no future commitment.

RESOLVED :: Recurring credit card payments

March 13, 2020

We are please to announce, our recurring credit card processing system has been fixed. Because our system does not store credit card numbers, customers will have to re-enter their credit card information once logged into our portal. By entering your credit card information, your card details will be securely transmitted to our payment processing system for future payments.  We apologize for the delays in correcting this issue. We’ve Refreshed Our Webmail

As our Hosted Email service grows, we’re working to continually improve the platform while maintaining high availability. So today, we’re excited to share that we’re launching a new Webmail, with improved workflows and a clean, mobile-responsive interface. This change will occur starting Thursday September 5th. It’s important to know that the new Webmail will NOT impact your contacts, settings, or existing data. The various functionalities and features of Webmail will remain, but the look, and location, will change.

We have scheduled an emergency maintenance period this evening from 10:00 PM until 5:00 AM This will help alleviate the on-going IMAP/POP Connection timeouts and Webmail interface loading issues. We appreciate your patience with this issue.

We are still seeing a backlog of email that will need to filter through for those users who were experiencing connection issues.  Our engineers are still working with the mail queues.  We apologize for the issues and will update this message once we have further information.

We are no longer seeing many users who are unable to connect to check email.  There is still a backlog of email that will need to filter through for those users.  Our engineers are still working with the mail queues

We are seeing a sizable reduction in the number of users who were unable to connect to their email, however, there are still accounts having issues. Our operations team are still working to correct these issues. We apologize for the issues and will update this when we have additional information from our engineering team.

Maintenance has completed. Our engineers are assessing those mailboxes which have been having issues connecting previously. We will update this as soon as we receive additional information.

A second emergency maintenance will be scheduled later this evening to clear up any remaining email accounts that are experiencing issues. We apologize for the issues and will update this once we have the time set for later this evening.

We have completed emergency maintenance at 4AM to help mitigate the ongoing issues with some users being unable to connect to their email. Our engineers are currently monitoring our services before we consider this issue resolved. Thank you for your patience and we will update you as soon as we have further information to provide.

Our engineers are still working to resolve the email connectivity for a small subset of users.  We will continue to work to mitigate this problem for this group of users. We apologize for the issues and appreciate your patience.

We have corrected the small set of accounts that were having difficulties connecting to our mail system. We will continue to monitor the mail system to make sure there are no further issues.

We are seeing  increased performance for many of the users who are experiencing connectivity issues to our virtual mail server  our engineers continue to work the issue.  We will update this message when additional information becomes available.
