On Saturday November 19, 2016 @ 7AM we will be upgrading the Plesk Control Panel on Websites which have an IP address of 209.123.13.* will be effected by this maintenance. We have scheduled a 1 hour for this maintenance window. There will be no disruption of web services during this time, however, the Plesk Control Panel will be unavailable during the upgrade. At approximately 11:00AM EST our data center provider began experiencing routing instability. Websites hosted on Linweb01-dc1 / Winweb01-dc1 were mostly unaccessible between 11 AM until 11:15 AM when traffic was re-routed. GHOST: glibc vulnerability

A major security hole was discovered in the Linux GNU C Library earlier this month. This security hole can allow an attacker to exploit the machine and may allow them to take over the system. MyCHS Linux servers are patched and are not vulnerable to this security hole. For additional information please review the following link from ZDNet.

If you have not seen your messages prior to 10/28 download to your inbox, then they reside in a folder named ServerMove which is accessible via webmail at If you would like the messages from 10/27 to be downloaded by your email program you will need to move them from this folder and into the inbox inside of webmail. If you are unable to locate these messages and need assistance please contact support via or via telephone at 973.500.6457 for assistance.
