As our Hosted Email service grows, we’re working to continually improve the platform while maintaining high availability. So today, we’re excited to share that we’re launching a new Webmail, with improved workflows and a clean, mobile-responsive interface. This change will occur starting Thursday September 5th. It’s important to know that the new Webmail will NOT impact your contacts, settings, or existing data. The various functionalities and features of Webmail will remain, but the look, and location, will change.

We are seeing a sizable reduction in the number of users who were unable to connect to their email, however, there are still accounts having issues.
